Jules Bauer Award Show 2023

The Jules Bauer Memorial Award, for best watercolor piece, was established by his family after his death in November 1980. A former president of the New Rochelle Art Association, he also served as chairman of the Municipal Art Commission and on the Board of Governors at New Rochelle Hospital Medical Center.
